Under the hood, the 2003 Audi A6 is equipped with a standard 2.7 liter V6 engine that produces 220 hp at an angular speed of 6300 rpm and torque of 221 lb ft at 3200 rpm. The other engines offered by the model include a 3.0 liter V6 model that delivers 250 hp, and a 4.2 liter V8 model that produces 300 hp at 6200 rpm and torque of 295 lb ft at 3000 rpm.
