Engine Specs

The sedan style vehicle in the lineup is powered by a V8 engine; Avant comes with V6 TSFI power plant only. It is powered by a 3.0 liter supercharged engine that delivers an output power of 300 horsepower at the rate of 5100 rpm and torque of about 310 lb-ft at the rate of 2500 rpm. A6 can be availed with 7-speed CVT transmission or a regular 6-speed automatic transmission.

For the 1st time on Audi wagon, you can find an optional automatic tailgate, which can close and open. The process can be initiated with the help of an available push button.
